FRIENDS HELPING FRIENDS Okay, you're a cartoonist and you know you've got talent, right? In this day and age, with the rapid decline of the newspaper market, it's hard to get the right people to notice you - am I on the right track? Well, I'm starting a link exchange called: "Friends Helping Friends." It's a way for the serious and talented cartoonist to draw attention to his or her work.
